During a December getaway, I made my way to Taipei, where a distinct blend of mountainous nature and cityscapes amalgamate to shape the landscapes of Taiwan.
My attention naturally shifted towards the famed pinnacles of the country side where wavy hills dominate the landscapes while the ever-present misty fogs masks its peak, drawing out the solid outlines of disparate architecture that exuberates the notion of detachment from Taipei's industrial city skyscrapers.
This collection of photographs presents a state of autonomy where manmade constructions and its people take shelter in the grandeurs of their environment.
